if we're talking titles... try to separate the album title from the music. I think "And Then Nothing Turned Itself Inside Out" is the most intriquing and original album title. and I'm not a fan of "silly" titles eiher, unless its a silly band, and i don't think of YLT as a silly band.

yo la tengo favorite album poll This was a VERY hard question. I kept going back and forth between Ride the Tiger and the The Heart beats as One. Heart won out because of the blissful hours I've spent with it. The cover is definitely worn to the point I'm worried it will fall off soon. Summer Fun was a close third. The poll though showed a lot of late comers to YLT. The last, I'm not afraid of you... etc...is a great album, and one that I dearly enjoy, but still, if you heard Ride the Tiger and Heart, I think some of the votes would have been a little different. Anyhow. I love YLT.
