I made it for a final project in home ec once. It is not the easiest one that's for sure! But I got an "A"! I recently have discovered that I like sweet potato pie (just tried it a year ago). And Joe has taken the sweet potato pie recipe and converted into a carrot pie with a pecan encrusted top....mmmmm. |
