Posted By: Indiblogger Posted On: Jan 12, 2005 Views: 1137	Sparklit Poll The poll has Captcha blocking enabled (I disabled the IP address blocking as this would prevent many genuine voters from voting) apart from cookies, the usual form of preventions. As I had said last year the real treat from Indibloggies is the List of Nominees. I cannot afford to buy a poll software so I have to rely on a free one, sparklit is the one I have found the best (atleast on my own machine I have not been able to cast a vote twice). We are not here to deal with technically savvy voters. Aim is to have a healthy competition, if somebody is adamant on tilting the votes I am sure people are clever enough to smell it.

Posted By: Kishore Posted On: Jan 11, 2005 Views: 1281	Failsafe checked it myself and found that multiple votes are possible by a single user... so now this entire process feels kinda stupid to me for fraudulent votes can be made ...unless ofcourse the organisers have devised another way to ensure a failsafe?
