Lets get 2 hockey.it is so sad 2 see that most of you know crap about hockey.CANADA has more cups then all the american teams combined.the americans like 2 think that just cause their teams have won the last 12 cups,they r takin over the hockey world..well why dont u look at the rosters...how many americans were part of those teams...how many were in goal,but better yet how many were captains..Out of those teams a canadian has led their team 2 the HOLY GRAIL of sports..Stevey Y in Detroit,,Lemieux in Pittsburgh,,Roy in Colarado,,Vinny and ST.Louis in Tampa,,Messier in NY,,Brodeaur in Jersey...And the loyalty some of those players have made to stay is unbelievable....and 2 all you leaf bashers,i can remember when the red wings,the devils,the hawks,the rangers were a door mat to the rest of the nhl...its not our fault that the leafs have got a bunch of idiots in the front office((as do many teams))).... Alot of the better canadian players left for the US,cause of money...How many times did an american team offer stupid amounts of money 4 players not worth 1/4,of what they got..look at the Rangers,Wings and Blues a couple yrs back..And what was the result,a bunch of overpayed whine asses who did crap and their teams did nothing in the playoffs.. If u were 2 take away the canadian players from The High and Mighty us,lets see how many cups they would win.The cup would come back where it belongs.. Oh ya i read a comment bout ppl being a frog..guess what im a FROG and proud of it... |

Guys, ladies, whatever.... last time I checked this particular forum is made for the poll and not for hockey topics or political debates. WTF are you all talking about this **** for over here. You forums on this site to create chats about certain topics. But if you are already going to start talking **** back it up and shut up. Canadians are very talented hockey players, and even though it is the origin of hockey, theres a lot of talent elsewhere also. I personally dont like the U.S. players even though I live here. I like Canada a bit better, but my team is Russia and every other European team following. But what the hell does all this talent rambling have to do with the NHL. The NHL is a diverse league, and on one team you can find canadians, americnas and swedes, regardless of the teams home. So what the hell is the the difference between the leafs and the Avs? You cant judge NHL teams as they represent only the US or CANADA. If im not on crack like most of you, Sundin (a European player) has been the best player on the leafs for ages, and prior to this season forsberg has been the best on the avs. Both non-North American players. So why even start comparing national superiority to the NHL. If youre gunna do it apply it only to the Olympics. As for Bush and war and all of that ****, I live in the US for all of my life, and i have not supported suppoerted Bush or his tactics for any of his two stinking terms. For further notice though, lets discuss the POLL. Well this one is pointless cuz Kova is the man, hands down, end of conversation! GO NJ DEVILSSSSSSSS!!!!!! |

As someone said earlier the majority of the US voted for a different guy and the majority of the US doesnt want to be in this war. (this is hockey right?). Whether or not you Canadians can understand ev1 in this country is not a whole and we are individuals where we all have different opinions well from these posts none of you understand that. I can afford health benefits. Sorry our population is what 3-4 times the amount of Canada so it would be hard for this weak goverment to even try giving out health benefits to ev1. This is Hockey right? Wishing terrorist attacks on another nation is just childish and just goes to show one's mental state. I for one was able to see the aftermath of 9-11 as I was right in New Jersey and if that had happened to your wonderful Canada well you would have a different stance on that subject and you would then understand it's a sore subject. This is Hockey right? Your right hockey is 4th in this country if you look at polls and ratings but some of us like myself enjoy hockey more than basketball and nascar only football and baseball come b4 hockey to me. Sorry most of us here in America have lives and work for a living to afford health benefits so I dont religously watch pee wee hockey all the way to the pro's so I can get on some website like this and declare some all mighty knowing of a F U C K I N G Game. It's like voting for the lesser of two evils if you ask me. Phil Kessel is a legitimate prospect from the states, but face the facts, he will not be as dominant a player as Sidney Crosby will be, or Ovechkin for that matter. Kessel is just an American excuse to show that they have a prospect. Personally, I think Jack Johnson is going to be a better player than Kessel. |
