Wow..what a waste....

It would be cool if some network would give a band who has had a following for more than a few years to try out fo "Idol". Enough of this voice only crap....I go see the bands play...not "singers". There is not near as much attention to the rest of the group as there should be.

well its obvious the guy from England has an agenda of his own and he owns the show. Maybe he's a frustrated wanna be singer etc. Too bad what the experience is doing to Miss McPhee. She had a great voice at arrival only I sense the environment at AI is redoing her soprano voice into an alto - pop stuff does that - only a lower vocal can be "sultry," and she's not a lower voice - so they are manipulating her into ruining her voice before its mature.
