Yea, they have the money, the flash cars and everything else, but mk and a are just people who want a normal life and not just a celebritie life all of the time. y cant they just go do the shoppin or even just go and buy a cd?! And anyway the pictures the pap take look awful, im not speaking of the person in them, but the angle and everything, plus its harrasmentId rather see mk and a in a photoshoot loooking all glammed up! |
| Posted By: Scott Posted On: Jul 3, 2006 Views: 2148 | Paparazzi Photographs I agree with Claire that pictures posted on celebrity fan sites that have been taken by paparazzi photographers are an invasion of privacy (not to mentionn that at least perhaps half of the shots were taken when the celeb is in an unacompromising or unflattering situation, or when the photogs stalk the stars or sneakily follow them on the grounds of their home--then we are talking about illegal harrassment and trespassing here), and I like to look at pictures of celebrities, too. Maybe I'll see what new fashions men and women are wearing, so I can follow the trend, as to the point Clair was getting to, I think. But what I do not agree with is the use of photographs that were obtained through unscrupulous means. I think it only motivates them more, and they will take even more pictures. (By the way, they are only doing it because tabloids and the media pay huge sums of money for them, because a majority of the public wants to feed into it. That's what keeps the cycle going.) There are plenty of decent photographs on this and other celeb sites (such as screen captures from their films and shows, and photoshoots (taken by a professional photographer) that we can enjoy that are tasteful, without having to resort to paparazzi shots. My point is, if we don't feed into it, the revenue that these companies receive will greatly decrease, and they won't have the money to pay these sleazy photogs, and the stars can rest a little easier. I have dreams myself of moving to L.A. to get discovered (as a writer), and if I am famous one day, I don't want someone with a camera zealously following me around--in the supermarket, or in my neighborhood. That is all I have to say. |

I had to say that I supported your choice not to post paporazzi pictures of Mary-Kate and Ashley because it's usually an invasion of their privacy. I know that these photographers will stop at nothing to get a good picture and it's really sad that being an entertainer is more about these types of situations as opposed to your actual job. I do have to admit that I like seeing the pictures taken of them because they're always so gorgeous, no matter what they're wearing or where they're going. When I look at these pictures of them I look for the up coming trends and how to get my hair cut! Sometimes I wish those pictures were posted here because this is by far the best MKA site on the internet, but I do support your reasons not to. There are other sites that post them, might as well keep this one clean. Keep up the good work! |

What will you feel if someone did this to you? Obviously you'll get embarassed. I know people commit mistakes because were all human. Everything that we do is normal and natural. It is not good to gossip everytime and make issues of stars like them. Anyway, they are my role model and I want to be exactly like them. Everytime I watch their movie, I get inspired so much that I feel lonely that becoming like them is just a dream but I'm happy that they give me inspiration to become a better a person. Let's just try to praise them and not make fun of them. |

They lived their whole life in public, since they were babys - everyone saw the growing up. They didn't have a normal childhood. They were living like in a gold fish bowl. But both said that they are like normal girls very often. But paparazzis don't follow normal girls. They want to be like anyone else - want to have a life apart from the spotlight. You're totally right! Everyone should stop making such photos public, because real fans would understand that the twins don't like to be followed that way! |

It is your values and beliefs so if you think those pictures are incriminating and violating the privacy of MKA and you do not enjoy looking at them, then don't add them to the site.
