| Posted By: Rox Posted On: May 26, 2006 Views: 631 | RE: javascript yeah, i'm a programmer... javascripting makes it easy to have some interactivity on a site without adding a lot of overhead on the server side of things. javascript loads fast and runs on the client's machine instead of the server. why should i bog down my server when i can have your machine do the work when you load the page? and why should i make something huge in Flash or Shockwave that will take forever to download and eat up my bandwidth? |
