It's a type of canned meat made from beef hearts, that comes covered in congeeled fat and a gross rubbery meaty jelly, and most people are repulsed by it. I love it on sandwiches and especially in fritters. Try some today! I can't however bring myself to eat the canned lambs tounges in jelly that some people rave about. That's just sick. |
