when does this poll reset?

I thought this was a monthly poll that started over every month. I voted in June, and now it tells me I already voted in July. Am I missing something here?

yeah dude...go look at the link that says "winners" it explains that this poll will be reset at the beginning of august, because this site was tarted mid june.
