Usually the very hint of bad publicity has them wimping out on anything they do. Here are a couple of contacts at Hasbro that don't like bad publicity: Gail Carvelli, 401-727-5318 or gcarvelli@hasbro.com - Media Relations Wayne Charness, 401-727-5983 or wcharness@hasbro.com - Public Relations Todd should let these people know that he will be giving the company a whole lot of bad press on the site, including the # of daily visitors. Everyone should let these people know that their spoiled kids/cousins/nieces/grandchildren/self will no longer be getting any Hasbro's products. They should know that you will be a walking billboard advertising against Hasbo. They should be told that the game of concentration has been around long before their card game and the legality or claiming the word 'Memory' as a trademark is highly questionable. They should be told that using overpriced legal muscle to intimidate a guy in a bathrobe running a fun not-for-profit website shows that their company is a bully and as such, it is best for your kids/cousins/nieces/grandchildren/self to keep away from bullies and not give them mon-ay. They should be told that you demand that their lawyers contact OddTodd and tell him that (a) he is free to call his game whatever he wants, (b) they are sorry for being total assholes(rephrase nicely), and (c) they acknowledge they are stupid little men with tiny little penises that need to harass people over common words because it helps them live with their impotence (ok, maybe not that one). They should not be called assholes, dicks, or idiots. They will tend to ignore anything that sounds like it was written by a third grader or a drunk. If they receive lots of intelligent calls or emails about this, they will probably hold a few dozen meetings about this, maybe make several PowerPoint presentations, and maybe even back off of poor OddTodd. Who knows, if enough people write, the bad memory game may well be sponsored by Hasbro.
