I have a problem

I really have an issue. My stool is really large and hard and it is killing my ass. Anyone else deal with this and have any suggestions?

buy some Fiber One... eat a bowl of that for breakfast every morning and you are guaranteed to crap like clockwork, nice clean fluffy turds. a bowl of the stuff has about 45g dietary fiber and the daily recommended amount is like 35g

oh yeah, and cut down on the white bread and potato products

Thanks observant, that might work. I tried buying a new cushion for the stool but it still was too hard.
