If it's fangirl-related, or Dracula-related, there are no copyrights to be violated. And if it's related to a punch line I wrote or a character I created, it's fair game.

[after rethinking] ... in all honesty... i would just avoid entirely trying to sell merchandise of the fancomic because it seems that no matter what the issue of copyright will always come up... but maybe you could do something with the fangirls/boys... they are more or less your intellectual property... sorta...

It's one thing to do free comics about the licensed characters, with a disclaimer. But when I start making a profit off of things that aren't mine, it becomes illegal. (Amanda: Hi! Not necessarily official. There's a kiosk at my local mall that does iron-ons with whatever images you bring; see if you can find something like that nearby.

This should go without saying, but let me be perfectly clear: Nothing under copyright. No Hellsing characters' names or likenesses, for example. Just don't even ask. But anything that's by me - punch lines, original characters, etcetera - is fair game. Ideas are welcome.
