No. The links to a website are just pointers to those files. If you move the files to a new folder, you have to change the links. Since it is such a huge task, you could do just move and update links one section at a time. If you have pages with a lot of URLs you can do a search/replace to update them all from say "http://www.oddtodd.com/" to "http://www.oddtodd.com/weeklypoll/"

I agree, I think you have to change the links in each page. if you use find and replace intelligently you can probably get it done in a day.
