You clearly defended yourself by stating it was common practice in IMing and email. Go back to first grade English class where you belong. You might also want to learn something about history. Proper grammar didn't end in the 1800's. Capitalizing is still a common practice here in the 21st century and that is why you find a 'shift' key on every computer keyboard. I am sure you will find this a surprise but it is not there just so you can type things like LOL, ROFLMAO, and OMG you SuXoRs!!!. |

Considering you are unable to grasp the concept of upper case vs. lower case, this is not surprising. The other thing you might want to come to grips with is just because your tiny little mind can't understand something, that doesn't mean it is written in an unclear manner. You wrote a stupid post, you got called on it, and you defended your post by claiming it was ok because you and your deadbeat loser friends can't use a shift key with email or IMing either. You were half right though. One of us is sounding awkward and stupid. You just got the person wrong. BTW, double quotation marks technically should only be used to quote something (hence the name). Inverted commas are acceptable to create attention to a word such as the word shift being written as 'Shift' to notate it is a key. |
