| Posted By: jennifer and the beans Posted On: Dec 15, 2006 Views: 405 | My childhood favorite A Christmas Carol -- the Alastair Sim version. The only one that's true to the book and doesn't de-Anglicize the words, and Sim's scrooge will always be the definitive one. His transformation at the end is fantastic!! (A Christmas Story didn't come out until I was 13, so that didn't figure into my childhood. We love it now like crazycakes, though.) |

| Posted By: Erin Posted On: Dec 14, 2006 Views: 131 | Xmas Movies For as long as I can remember, every Christmas my family watches White Christmas and Holiday Inn, and to this day, watching those films truly makes it feel like Christmas. I can quote them both just about word for word...which annoys my fiance to no end, although I think he secretly finds it amusing and endearing. :) |
