Wages aren't calculated based on how much you may or may not receive in tips. Some places have tip jars which split the money between all employees. This is much better as it means that everyone gets a little bit extra - including any chefs/pizza makers/dish washers, who would usually miss out. Tips here are given out more as a reward for good service. For example, any guy that brings a pizza to my door quickly, so its still nice and hot, smiles and tells me how much it comes to will get a tip, as opposed to some dude chewing gum who shoves a cold pizza into my hands and just stands there staring waiting for me to hand over my money. |

I buy a pizza for $12 it COSTS $12. whats up with adding tax on as well....whats the point of advertising prices over there if you have to add tip and tax..sheesh. |
