Legally we can clame 46 cents/mile, as well as the additional service done to our vehicle against our taxes. When added up, even after claiming tips, there are virtually no taxes to pay because of all these expenses. The government wins if a delivery driver is too lazy to keep track of all this and just doesn't claim tips. |

Either you claim them or the company does. If you agreed to some kind of under the table arrangement then that's your own fault. |
