Secondly, looks dont matter in the nhl, it all depends on play and Smyth brings it to the table every night. So you must not watch many hockey games to think Smyth is brutal. Also, his shot dont matter because all he needs to do is tip shots in and dig around the crease and you dont need a good shot for that. So hopefully you can come up with a smarter post than that next time.

The Bertuzzi/Luongo trade is being called the Trade of the Century. Since his infamous hit on Moore, other players know what he's really like. Team Canada didn't want to play with him. I don't think the Wings want to play with him either. The guy is tainted.

I think Bertuzzi is better and will have more of an impact hands down. I'm not saying Smyth isn't good, he is, but don't see his impact being near that of Bertuzzi (and after Forsberg). People just forget about Bertuzzi since he hasn't played most of the year, but he's definitely an impact player in many ways.

Forsberg, Smyth, Bertuzzi, Tyachuk, Guerin, Biron, and Roberts I think I got them all(hoping not to miss one). They all are good players and not to argue with some of you great players!! I hope that makes everyone happy. I have a few of these guys on my fantasy team so I don't want to be baised. We can start to look at talent but then we get away from Impact. What is Impact? Well lets see what from the dictionary would play a role in this. 3. influence; effect 5. the force exerted by a new idea, concept, technology, or ideology 8. to collide with; strike forcefully 9. to have an impact or effect on; influence; alter: The decision may impact your whole career. 11. to have an impact or effect Now hearing that here are three guys that stand out to me.only one that I have on my fantasy team. Roberts, tkachuk, and guerin. to know for sure we'll just have to wait but my money is on tkachuk!!! Biron will help PHI out for sure to bad unless he stands on his head everynight it might be a lost cause. Sorry Biron I'll still hold on to you though.

On the other hand Kieth has taken a slumping Thrashers team and turned them around to 4-0 since he has been there. Biron is also a big addition since a goalie was needed. Ryan Smyth is a a big addition to any team since he is a great player. Only positive things for the Isles.
