Poor staff

Has anyone worked with a **** poor excuse of a bouncer who never gets involved unless it's dealing with kids or girls but runs a mile when large scary men involved

Overservice

I am in 100% agreement with you, I have been working in clubs for the last 12 yrs and the primary reoccuring problem is serving staff overserving hevily intoxicated patrons as long as the tips don't dry up. I have been put in some very difficult legal situations due to this common practice.

Over Intox

If a bouncer tells the bartender that he is cut off and he continues to serve him then the responsiblity falls on the bartender who will now become liable for what happens to the patron.

Over intox..

i realize that we as Doorstaff are responsible for making sure that people don't drink too much but the problem i have is the bar staff does not not care about cutting someone off, All they care about is tip money. and they make my job that much harder.
