Yeah, I kind of exercise enough that 300-600 calories isn't a cause for panic. For somebody who can't be assed to go for a run or do some sit-ups, I can see how it might become a problem. It tastes a hell of a lot better than shit in a cup from Dunkin Donuts though. |
