What does fair mean?

The undisputable fact remains that when DRC (or then Rep of Congo) received independance from Belguim in 1960, it was indeed a developed country with not only vast resources to last for a 1000 years but also the infrastructure and industry to mine, process and sell this riches for the benefit all citizens of the country.

As the rest of Africa, DRC is now again seen as a "developing country". What happened from 1960 to now, why blame the "colonist" for building up a country, then handing it over to the "people" just to see all of the hard work be torn down again by the "people's own chosen leaders"

Stop blaming the rest of the world for all Africa's problems. To sit on top of vast resources without the means to utilize this for your own benefit still leaves you a poor man ... no matter which part of the world you call home.

COLTAN MINING IN CONGO

IT IS ABOUT TIME SO CALLED INVESTORS GIVE BACK TO AFRICA WHAT IS DUE. STOP RAPING THIS CONTINENT. AFRICA BUILT THE WEST, FROM THE THEFT OF ITS MINERALS AND RESOURCES.

DRC , African Vs Other prople

DRC or for that matter any african countries, others feel they are currupt, un hygine. but in practical africans are more sensible in approcah, intelligent and hygenic.Decent and rich dress code. Not forgeting the heridetary.

They have enough natural resource for millions of years. but they dont intial start up capital and running cost. they have to depnd on others.

but when people land in Africa they are confused due to the language, reply expression mode, focus on wrong entertainment.

so africa should concentrate on their own language. the most confusing language they have is French. they pronounce one thing. they write one thing. they spell one thing. they swallow some wrods.

so in business or life DRC, Cameroun are the best countries and most beautififul countries

see Limbe sonara- you will not even one drop of oil is spilled in the entire area up to valcano.

Edea , songlulu, kirbi rivers - the water is so clean and tasty

we can drive cars at 260 kms/hr- no road disturbance like shops, people crossing etc

you know cameroun dont spoil thier natural , very meticulus in plantation and forming .

for example I have seen very strong tech people like Mr Adolf, Mr Paul yatchu in AES SNEL Mr Morisho- SNEL , Mr Kaputo -Gecamine in DRC

their level of knowledge is beyond compare

it is unfortunate if we land up with people like ALu - in DRC

so dont go to Africa to spoil their resource and women . go with proper focus

finally i never seen a strong worker than a nigerian who work contineously for 19 hrs non stop and earning for thier further education

In fact Nairobi airport is million times better than Frankfurt and JBurg air port is richer than s pore

Africa - Karibu sana, Nekupenda

fair/unfair

No moral connotation; this is the dictionary definition: fair: Just to all parties; equitable: a compromise that is fair to both factions....

The question is "has KML paid the just price for acquiring Gecamines assets?"...

KML unfair to Kamoto

This contract has been signed by irresponsible people, all they needed just bride from these Multinational Company, from the so called Minister of Mines to Directors appointed to negotiate the Contract, most of these guys that come to the RDC, most of them
got only one thing in their mind, making money and go, not to stay there, NEVER they are all crooks, and they know that our ministers need money from them, Please we need intelligent leaders with Vision that bring Hope to the people.
