Given the current gloom surrounding the "Performance Enhancement"
scandal, it's refreshing to know we have all stars like Jr. who are
playing the game like it was meant to be played. Not trying to
shortcut or buy their way to the HOF, rather paying for it with blood,
sweat and tears. In Seattle there is no bigger name and no bigger story
in Mariner history than the return of Ken Griffey Jr.

Hey Junior, if you're looking for a ring, your best shot in my opinion
is the Braves or Tigers. Since andruw jones got traded the cf spot is
left wide open. As much as I love the mariners(2nd fav team) i don't
think that they have the roster and ability to win a world series. If
you decide not to leave cincy i wish you the best of luck!

there is no adoration(read:passion) that can compare to that of the new
york sport fan. new york does it big and when the stadium in flushing is
complete, we would love to have mr griffey jr entering his second season
with the amazins...that short porch in right will surely add to the hr
total and that sweet swing from the left is what the mets need.

As an avid Mariners fan, I think that the Seattle fans would welcome Ken
back with open arms. A trade to Seattle would rejuvinate Ken's carrer
and the Mariners energy.

Griffey, I met you your rookie year in Seattle. You were 17-18yrs old,
and had a broken arm at the time. My brother and I were celebrity bat
boys for the Mariners that night. I was so happy to see you at the
game, because I thought there would be a good chance you would be a no
show due to the broken arm. You were the nicest person I have met to
date in the professional sports arena.
I really wish you would come back to Seattle. You left us with so many
good memories, not to mention you were healthy most of the time. I
think it would be good for you to come back. Anyways, you have always
been a modest guy, and your fans thank you for that.

I loved watching you in Seattle when I lived there. Take a look at
Detroit. They definitely have the ability to get a World Series ring
for you. They would really appreciate your wisdom and talent. I could
think of nothing better than for you to mentor Granderson. I remember
the days of you, Buhner, Tino and Edgar. Think of being in the line up
with Magglio, Palanco, Granderson, Pudge (maybe) and Sheffield. I think
this would be a wonderful fit on so many levels: offensive, defensive,
attitude, teaching, World Series potential. If Detroit picks up Omar
for short stop, it would be a mini-reunion.

Hey Kid! Regardless of where you play in 2008, I think you'll have a
great year. If traded I think the Chicago Cubs would be "fun", however
if you're hoping to tackle some milestones wouldn't it be great to head
home (baseball home) to Seattle where it all started back in 89'!?
Either way, I hope you find a way to keep it fun!! Best of luck....

Griffey I have faith that you will break the homerun record, and
everyone will be calling you King Griffey Jr. But you should go back to
Seattle or play for the Red Sox. If you were to go to the red sox you
would post without a doubt some huge numbers and will absolutelybreak
the 100 RBI mark every saeson because Bostons players know how to get on
base and you, Manny, and Big Papi would form the most dangerous trio in
the MLB.
