Last night was no different, with his well timed tackles providing the main stumbling block between the Mince's attacks and our goal. And he gets forward well too. And what a goal that was he scored from distance. Generally I thought it was a pretty even game. The Tatties all work hard to create a lead and then keep it. Gordo and Stuart chipped in the bulk of our goals, and Karl leant a hand with some really well taken efforts too. Apologies for my lack of mobility which led to selling a few goals (but thankfully not the jerseys) The Mincers made it a good tussle though. Kyle battered in a few solo specials, but they were at their most dangerous when they were passing and moving to work a decent opening. Thought we were in danger of losing it at one point, but we made it in the end. |

I voted for Stu because there were quite a few times when he dribbled the ball past 2 or 3 mince in their own half and scored some goals from what looked like no-hoper situations, keeping us from going behind when we nearly did. |

| Posted By: stuart Posted On: Jul 13, 2007 Views: 2304 | motm tough call this week. any of us tatties could have got it as we all went forward well, defended well and made options available for our teammates. was mainly torn between alan and gordo. alan was again top drawer but gordo popped up with a few goals at crucial times and gets the nod from me. mention too for ponto who constantly denied me when he was between the sticks, and to neil who stuck away a few screamers and who also nearly set karl up for a screaming volley that hit the underside of the bar. |

TWELVE GOALS! TWELVE! You boys went feckn crazy. Is there a DVD showing these momentous goals? I'm currently heading upto Laos were I'll be for a few days. Then I'm heading back to Koh Tao to do some more diving. I've managed to bust my toe so I haven't been able to unleash my beach football skills on the Thai's just yet. However, I got the all clear from the Doc today so those boys had better watch out for my seriously crunching slide tackels! Alrite, had better boost. Take it easy lads.
