| Posted By: Shanna Posted On: Jul 27, 2007 Views: 348 | parisian rats and irish guitarists I voted for Ratatouille as my favorite thus far, but I am a little torn because I really did fall in love with Once. I'd say its a tie because Ratatouille was one that I had been anticipating for some time and it definitely lived up to my expectations. While, on the other hand, Once was something I saw on a whim and was touched by. |
| Posted By: Jeremy C Posted On: Jul 27, 2007 Views: 355 | Best so far I'd say "Breach," was my favorite this year. Even though the mainstream moviegoer in my is screaming "Live Free or Die Hard," and "The Simpsons Movie." lol |
| Posted By: dcornelius Posted On: Jul 27, 2007 Views: 331 | uh... Black Snake Moan! Black Snake Moan is, I'm pretty sure, my favourite of the year so far. I can't believe it wasn't on the list. |

| Posted By: Micah Posted On: Jul 27, 2007 Views: 333 | Best films so far (2007) Just saw La Vie En Rose. Thought it was absolutely amazing. Possibly the best biopic I've ever seen |
| Posted By: Austin D. Posted On: Jul 27, 2007 Views: 347 | whoops, I forgot and Zodiac made it to number 2 on my list |
| Posted By: Austin D. Posted On: Jul 27, 2007 Views: 339 | Grindhouse I pick Grindhouse, just because I've never had a movie-going experience like that before. |
| Posted By: Harlan Posted On: Jul 27, 2007 Views: 348 | Namesake, Lives of Others 1. Ratatouille made me cry. Beautiful. 2. Namesake did too. Unbelievably moving. 3. Lives of Others was a great film, but the last 10 minutes is superfluous for American audiences (possibly not for German audiences). |
| Posted By: Flic Posted On: Jul 27, 2007 Views: 344 | Sunshine Sunshine again... I had to comment on this last week and again it comes up. It is my fav film of the year so far and I also loved Zodiac, Hot Fuzz, really had fun with Harry Potter, the Simpsons and Die Hard 4.0. Am going to see Transformers tonight and Waitress on Sunday. I have not seen Ratatouille or Knocked Up yet (this whole living in the UK thing really drags me down!)but am expecting good things from them. I also missed the lives of others at the cinema and will have to wait until it comes out on DVD. Mainly my point is that was a bad list there and I suspect most are going to say other (which will tell us nothing!) |

| Posted By: Brian Posted On: Jul 27, 2007 Views: 380 | Other For me, it is surely Once. Lots of other good ones, but Once is mine for sure. |
