Selling of fake approacher's text books,irrelevant payments which benefits we never enjoyed,bad contracts-even up till now,I've not as yet receive one of my white shirts,and a whole lot of other petty issues that had HUGE ??? marks did I personally witness with my own eyes.Odompo should have left by now. Pls Amanfoo, we need a fresh administration with an old boy cos the glory of this great college left him a long time past. |

More also it should be given to them before they leave the school.It only tells as how he is still in posertion of most of the students clerace.Lastly he should be removed as housemaster since several warnings can not change the diabolic behaviour of his,since the saying goes ''he who pour's palm wine into a hole duged with the aim of preserving it will only succeed in making the spirits drunk''. Meaning no amount of advice will do. |
| Posted By: Rep-T Posted On: Sep 28, 2008 Views: 1337 | Are our prominent old boys sleeping I think our old boys with their highranked positions,not excluding the president of Ghana are on the softest beds(matresse)a man can ever have.This is because is only when we produced an old student as a president for the first time in the history of the college that tha school began to diminish.This should tell the whole world Prempeh College has got old students who only borders about thier jobs and thier moneys thinking a different old boy should take over the responsibilty, i call this a shame. Please i will be very happy if any one with the President of Ghana's contact or any way this information can reach him please let him know if he is not able to use his position to remove the present headmaster he would be declared the worst headmaster Prempeh College has ever had. |

I remember the then Minister of Education, Rashid Bawa paid the school a visit and apparently, our now Honourable ODP didn't know how to receive high profile visitors. He came out in a tie and die pair of shorts and was going round the beautiful College he came to meet with the Minister. Do you remember how he used to handle three mobile phones during morning assemblies while addressing us? He would be on one phone and anohter would ring. He would then as the first caller to hold on while he handed the phone to O-Square and then go on to receive the other calls, all in the full glare of students at morning assembly. A year later, his truancy at the Office showed. Hon. Baah Wiredu, then Minister of Education came on a surprise visit and Mr. ODP was nowhere to be found in the school. He had to be called on one of his numerous mobile phones that a Minister was in the School before he rushed in from wherever he went. I think we've had enough. Please go Mr. Headmaster. At least you'll be introduced as the immediate past Headmaster of Prempeh College when you go to Parties. Right? |
| Posted By: Nyansapo Posted On: Sep 23, 2008 Views: 1354 | Lets Pray Aside the physical struggles we are going through, let us make it a point 'raise our voices loud' in prayer daily for our dear Prempeh College. I don't think all these are happening without reason. Where are all the past student Chaplains, SU Presidents and Denominational Presidents? Snrs Bright, Dan Kusi, Harrison, Kofi Appiah, Eben Wireko,Francis Ainoo, the current or is it immediate past national GHAMSU President, etc. Can't any of them put together a day's programme so that we can go and pray at the Osae Hall with the boys? I think this 'problem' needs a two-way approach and some of the old boys are doing very well with the physical struggles. Anyway, i can see a wave of peace blowing from the distance. We have to pray so that it turns into a storm of peace for we need it for our Prempeh College. The current Board chairperson and Kumasi Methodist Bishop, Rt. Rev. Abubakr is about to leave office and rumours have it that he will be replaced by Prof. Asante of the Dept of Religious Studies, KNUST. The Old Boys already have a good rapport with him since he spoke at the recent Pearson - Osae Appreciation Lectures. He will also possibly become the Presiding Bishop of the Methodist Church, Ghana. Lets hope his time brings Mother Prempeh good tidings. Peace to all. |
