Post Info | TOPIC: my top 3 |
Posted By: luckily i found this man already ; ) Posted On: Aug 19, 2007 Views: 1199 | my top 3 i picked sense of humor, sensitivity, and likes animals. if "kindness" was an option, i think i would have picked that over sensitivity. just my two cents;) i wonder what all the men are picking...i think A LOT of men don't actually know what we look for :P |
Posted By: also Posted On: Aug 19, 2007 Views: 1198 | RE: my top 3 oh, and i probably would have picked "intelligence" over "likes animals" if that was an option. i didn't pick education since some people can be extremely intelligent without having a fancy degree or whatnot (and of course, some people with said degrees can be incredibly ignorant lol) |

Posted By: Michelle my Belle Posted On: Aug 20, 2007 Views: 1155 | RE: my top 3 You've definitely have to have a sence of humor!!! You can't be with a guy who doesn't make you laugh!!! Also, patience because you can't be with a guy who isn't patient. I would have picked understanding over that! And for the shallow part of me, HIGHT!!! I wouldn't date a guy who's shorter than me!!! I'm 5'7" |
Posted By: Ben Posted On: Aug 20, 2007 Views: 1142 | RE: my top 3 I could never date a girl that can't spell simple words like sense and height. |
Posted By: Posted On: Aug 20, 2007 Views: 1139 | RE: RE: my top 3 not to be mean, but i don't think i could ever date a guy who couldn't spell, either (unless he was a genius at everything else and his lack of spelling skills was just a freak thing) an ex-bf of mine couldn't spell to save his life. he'd complain about tuition costs and then spell college "collage". his general (and emotional) intelligence ended up following suit. i recently heard he's trying to become a lawyer, now. lol, good luck to whoever he's trying to defend if he actually succeeds. |
Posted By: kris10 Posted On: Aug 21, 2007 Views: 1110 | RE: my top 3 I used the control key and picked more than 3 because I kept seeing more things that I would rate on a guy that I met. Like his age, can't be super old or super younger than me and his education, can't be super dumb drop out at kindergarten but could be super smart. And I wouldn't want someone that is going bald at 20 or is so hairy he looks like an ape. So I really don't think 3 is enough. |
Posted By: GrapeApe Posted On: Aug 21, 2007 Views: 1106 | RE: my top 3 So in other words you are the typical girl that has a laundry list of needs for a guy to "qualify" as good enough. One of those items is for him to not have a problem with your laundry list of issues that will eventually drive him insane. Wait 10 years and you'll be happy with anyone with a pulse. BTW, you do understand there is a difference between "top 3" and "only 3"? It wasn't supposed to be all inclusive. |
Posted By: T$ Posted On: Aug 21, 2007 Views: 1098 | RE: my top 3 I could have stuck with just two. Confidence and sense of humor (making me laugh is way more important than good looks). I ended up picking a third, height... although that's not really important to me, but I always date tall (6'3" +) guys, so I intrinsically must think it is important. I guess I would have probably picked honesty/intelligence as my third if that was an option. Those would have been good on the list. |
Posted By: Jessica Posted On: Aug 21, 2007 Views: 1090 | RE: my top 3 What should I have chosen if "giving to charity" was a requirement? Actually, doing anything for charity (giving, volunteering) would have worked. Mine was 1)smarter than me, 2)sense of humor 3)charitable. I ended up choosing money, but not because of how much the person makes, rather what they do with it. Oh, the guy I married can't spell worth diddly. I found that most engineers can't spell and while poor spelling irritates me, its not a deal breaker. |
Posted By: impersonator Posted On: Aug 22, 2007 Views: 1067 | RE: my top 3 wow it looks as though I might have an upper hand in this situation. So many women are saying that they have a height thing and I'm 6'4" (and a 1/2). I only thought that very particular women liked taller men. I like this poll, although I'm not pursuant of the flesh it is interesting to hear what women look for most in a guy. peace and love |
Posted By: Wiggum Posted On: Aug 22, 2007 Views: 1053 | RE: my top 3 "wow it looks as though I might have an upper hand in this situation" I think when they say they like tall they don't mean a tall drug addict that is dumb as a stump and has a face that looks like that back end of a hippo. |
Posted By: impersonator Posted On: Aug 24, 2007 Views: 1027 | RE: my top 3 this quoting thing that many of you do constantly has gotten old. I'm definitely not a drug addict either....nor do I look like a hippopotomous's rear. Although that would be kinda cool.... peace and love |
