Baptista

Bellevue Grad,

Forced Fumbles is a new stat that I added this year only to the weekly stats. Our statition does not keep track of those but i took it upon myself to do so and missed this one. They however do not have Nick down for a sack. I'll check with them as i "thought" he should be credited for one.

Stats

I didn't see Nick Baptista's sack or forced fumble in the stats in the Norwalk game.

no

no, i don't think who has the most yards has anything to do with who's the most deserving. all had solid games from a numbers stand point but as pointed out 2 touchdown receptions while playing hurt and against a dirty player ( Norwalks #88 ) is hard to argue!

Brown is my vote

Nominees

Well from my point of view yes derek has done alot for the team. But i think nano wagner is tearing the deffense apart look at his stats now thats a kid who does alot for the team. Esspeacially after all the big hits ppl have made on him and he bounces right back up...

voters should go with nathaniel

voting

In my opinion derek brown should get it from what i think he was robbed out of atleast one other time (not sayng that the guys who got it werent deserving) but i think he should get it this week...after taking a shot to the hip in the first half..then going out and making to big TD catches at the end of the game...my vote goes to him

Voting

Beth,

could someone else in the family have already voted?
Last week was the first time i had anyone mention having issues with the voting. In fact There was no issues last season either so i can not imagine what could be the problem.

voting

Is anyone else having trouble voting???? I tried to vote this week and it says I've already voted. This is the SECOND week this has happened. I am not voting from a public computer, just my own home computer. I don't feel that it is fair that my vote is not counting, as I don't always try to vote for my son. Derek had an exceptional game considering he was not at 100%.

Just a couple notes with one being a reminder!!

1) NO bashing any player or you will not be posting here again as there is a ban feature..

2) While I do not vote I thought it was necessary to point out besides have 49 yds on 5 receptions with 2 tds, Derek Brown was playing much of the game with a hip pointer and continued to play while being banged up... Both scores came late with the game on the line and he was not 100%.

*All these kids had solid games but felt this was something the fans would not know.
