I remember apple and some kind of crappy caramel cheese cake that they gave a fancy name to sell more...anyway... Actually I'm thinking about going back to walmart's bakery...it's a LOT easier than what I'm doing now, and I'd get paid more. I'm learning a lot at Glade, but the new head chef is being unreasonable...I've got 530 pecan cigars to be 1/3 dipped in white chocolate and the other 2/3 dipped in dark chocolate. He wants them to have a 1/32" tolerance...just cant happen...He even made the old German woman who's my boss cry...damn...anyway, I'm late for work, lol. |
