Posted By: sam Posted On: Jul 25, 2008 Views: 268	Infrastructure I know we have a long way to go when it comes to infrastructure in Nigeria, but please, you guys can do a lot better. Most of you travelled to developed countries and see what Infrastructures really is. My question is: Do we as "Nigeria" have enough to better our citizen? Yes. So to you as leaders, "Do you do enough" is the question to ponder. The embarrassing situation is that the last time I was in Nigeria, I was affraid to catch the local plane. By profession I am a consultant to U.S Federal Aviation Authourity responsible for program monitoring and evaluation. My question is, who provides oversight for air transportation and am hoping they should be replaced for lack of efficiency.

I thought every one in the federal government went since after the 1970s went asleep and did not realise that infrastucture has has become death traps. Now that someone is awake they can start to see what use be called infrastucture are no more, so the need to start afresh with infrastucture with required programs in place to maintain then. It is not just enough to build but to provide for their up keep.

You'll be joking if you're telling me that you need our answers to know how well the government has fared in terms of provision of infrastructure! For Christ sake, look around you! Even a blind man does not need a survey!
