I have a large family and we are only allowed a limited amount of time online each day and I download several videos a day and I watch them on my off time. I have slow connection as well and without the download option I would not be able to watch any Hayden videos. The only change I would make would be to add the size of the clips to each one. That would help give people an idea of how large it is and how long it will take to download it. Please keep the download option! Jen PA, USA

I live in the mountains of Virgina, USA and my only option for internet connection is via dail-up. If you didn't have the download option I would be unable to watch any clips of Hayden as my connection is not fast enough to watch videos live online. So I would like to ask that you PLEASE keep it the same. I can't stand the idea of losing my daily fix of Hayden clips. Thanks for reading my request and I hope you Have a Good Night, Heather
