Training

We beleive training is one of the keys if you hope to grow your business and/or profits. Without training and the continual reinforcement of what is expected their is no way to control the quality or consistancy of what you deliver to the consumer.

Currently we invest 200 hours per year per technician in outside and inside training. More then half of that time is spent on fixing the customer; how we communicate both spoken and unspoken. Our business continues to grow because of referrals not advertising. We don't invest a lot of time or money in advertising we invest our resources in the development of our associates.
