This could be a long-term change. Colin Powell says he cried. The soldiers in Iraq -- well the story's not in the news, so better find a friend or relative who's there and ask them. This crying thing is maybe the worst thing that's happened to the Republican party or to conservative politics in a long, long time. This is a change deep down in the heart of America. It's not really about B H Obama. It's about a lot of people feeling their power for the first time. |

I thought on that a spell and this if what I came up with. I am thankful to have lost half my teeth. It makes spittin' way easier and I can fit more chew in my mouth. I am thankful my momma had me a sister instead of a brother so that I was able to get married. I am thankful for NASCAR so that I can woop and holler without the need to keep track of all those complicated things like scores and innings right hand turns. I am thankful granddad showed me how to make the shine. It's so good that after a good drink I go blind for a few hours and forget my name for a few hours. I am thankful to have discovered Deliverance and Ned Beatty. But most of all I am thankful to be white. At least I am not not like Obama, all black and educated and educated like that. I'm proof we are the superior race. |
