Then have him and Rex go into the club and PI businesses together and develope a nice buddy friendship - John maturing and sobering up Rex and Rex helping John to relax, relate and release and be funny sometimes. They have really been LAZY writers when it comes to John McBain - so much could be done with him and many of the other characters. I thought the crack pipe left with Megan McTavish and Dena Higley's group of writers. Something crazy sure happened over the summer to the writers of both AMC and OLTL of which OLTL was the worst (AMC really can't get much lower than it already is). OLTL is the only soap on AMC that I tune into from time to time. I stopped taping both AMC and OLTL and that means a lot to me. |

After what Todd did to Marty he deserved so much more than getting his butt kicked. It's to bad that Marty didn't put a bullet in his head. John was a hero in this case. He saved Marty from HER RAPIST. When he slept with her it was like watching her get raped all over gain. I don't care that Todd is now being played by TSJ. The character of Todd raped Marty. There's no getting around that. |
