Todd, if you're looking for gritty sci-fi then BSG is your show. You can't get much more gritty than that. I have not enjoyed a sci-fi series this much in a long long time. Find someone who has the mini-series and season one and sit down and watch. If you're not hooked after watching the very first episode '33', then you'll never be. |

It's not at all like the original series, it's for thinking adults, as far as staring at the TV is thinking. It's got sex, politics, crime, drama, etc. The only problem is that almost over. |
