kelsang is wrong

dear kelsangla .
i saw your posted view regarding our prime minister and felt you are out of your mind . we dont need a layman who comes up with tide and suit in office. we need a man who follows his holiness. long time ago tibet is a country where politics and religious come together hand in hand ...in tibetan wods its choze sundal.

kalon tripa 2011

I am not satisfied with the present kalon tripa. It is a layman's work and not a monk. This overambitious man should come to ordianary layman's pant and jeans.

Do we still need a another monk to be our leader?

No more monk Please...

We are talking about 21st century leader,he or she be able to follow up what is going on the path of our political struggle with RED China.

We had monks in the past inside and outside the country and we already knew the consequences. Everyone of us really needs to be conscious about what we say and what is the real situaltion in front of us. To be a top Kalon or next leader of Tibetans outside Tibet has huge responsibility and make sure everyone know that this is not a job to do a consecration something or teaching Buddhism.

We need someone is capable of propulsive next generation to consolidate our political struggle.

Thanks

21 century leader needed

Yoh, think about people in Tibet.
Take a deep breath look at the photos and read news from about Tibet.
What comes to your mind.
Was it tolerable to you?
Monks & Nuns bleeding from his forehead, many more shotdown on ground.
Still calling for "FREE TIBET"

I wonder why there is so much fuss about tamil
mayn its been like this for 50 years and our peepz still getting killed
surviving through the coldness with no meal
bare feet on everest walkin till they fall.
Folks get locked up for years in a hell for having kundun's pics up on their wall.
Monks and nun dismissed from monastries coz religious freedom.
thousands of young and old have been sentenced for no reason.
But Red government still act so innocent like they have not done this at all

World leaders are greed for the money and negalete human rights.
MONEY is the power but please atleast respect the human rights
50 LONG YEARS BUT WE STILL HAVE NOT GAVE UP THE FIGHT,
After cost 2 million human lives
Heavily country turned into bloody hell
Still talking about middle path
Begging red government for a fake talk,
Gave up everything we've been fighting for
What'hell now we are fight for.

Situation in Tibet worse than ever.
Last year March inpacted everyone's life.
Many more murdered and hundred more in death cells.

To whom ask for help?
NObody......

Where are the seeds exile government have been planting for last 50 years?
Why a monk still be the prime minister?
Please wake up everyone,
We need 21 centry leader not a monk.

Oh ! You don't care coz all you family is in USA?

****ing you ass up...... ok
Never ever
Let it go.

Thanks

Where is our democracy?

So disappointed that one word can turn down everything.

Where is our democracy?

Where is the democratic rights?

If some one is not doing good job then people should have rights to say "step down".

That should be people's rights or not????

This is the reason lot of young people so boring to join any movements.

Again we are Tibetan we should have rights to vote democaratically.

disappointed for not practise democracy

DHARAMSHALA, India, 9 June 2009 (Hindustan Times) Prime Minister of the Tibetan government-in-exile Samdhong Rinpoche seen in a file photo taken on 10 March 2009. Rinpoche had offered to resign from the post of prime minster citing personal reasons, but the Dalai Lama had rejected his proposal.File photo/Tibet Sun/Lobsang Wangyal/India The Dalai Lama has turned down the offer by prime minister of the Tibetan government-in-exile, Prof Samdhong Rinpoche, to step down.

Prof Rinpoche, the first directly-elected Prime Minister of the government-in-exile, had offered to tender his resignation citing personal reasons. The 70-year-old, the second powerful Tibetan leader next to the Dalai Lama, was reportedly upset over the ¡®attempt to hinder¡¯ his decision-making process and opposition from some cabinet colleagues, reportedly unhappy over the reforms being pursued.

There are seven ministers in the Tibetan cabinet.

Sources said Prof Rinpoche conveyed his feelings to the Dalai Lama before the Tibetan leader left on a two-week trip to the United States in the first week of May.

Rinpoche, who was elected PM for the second term two years ago, conveyed to the Dalai Lama that since he had two more years to complete his term, the process should be initiated to elect the next prime minister.

The Dalai Lama initially contemplated on accepting his resignation but then put the issue on hold. Later, he rejected the idea to advance elections. The Dalai Lama observed that Rinpoche¡¯s resignation would sent wrong signals and could be used by China in its propaganda against Tibetan leaders.

¡°Since the Tibetan people¡¯s charter does not allow person to hold the PM¡¯s office for the third consecutive term, I thought my idea to advance the polls will give an opportunity to young Tibetan leaders to take charge of political responsibility,¡± said Prof Rinpoche, while denying that his proposal was motivated by the growing disagreement between the cabinet on the decision making.

¡°There was no unanimity amongst ministers on plans to hold fresh elections,¡± he added, while admitting that at times there had been difference of opinion on certain issues.

¡°At times, there have been differences of opinion. The opposition to reforms has been weak,¡± said Rinpoche, who on Sunday convened a meeting to clarify that his plans to hold elections had been dropped.

According to the Tibetan people¡¯s charter, the prime minister has the power to sack ministers.

In 1991, the Dalai Lama nominated Prof Rinpoche as a member of the Tibetan parliament-in-exile, and was later unanimously elected as its chairman.

In 2000, the Dalai Lama decided that the Tibetan people in exile should elect their own head of government, and in July 2001 Rinpoche was elected with 29,000 votes, or about 84% of those cast.

Rinpoche also heads the task force constituted by the Dalai Lama to assist the crucial negotiations with China on resolving the Tibetan issue.

Yoooooh Dude! pay attention. Look around and listen to what is going on in Tibet and on globlly. We need new and fresh leader. We can't just follow someone who has zero knowledge what is politically, socially and economically pave a path for future Tibet and specailly China and Tibet issue.
We can't just beg china for talk few time a year until China satisify and Tibetan loose everything. He is not real leader but looser.

Let get rid of him once for all.

We have to start from fresh......
