This effort is worthless if the schools lack teachers to teach students. I'll implore the govt to employ more teachers and post them to schools in rural areas. I equally want to draw the attention of the state govt and all relevant agencies to the deplorable state of weppa secondary school. The entire structures are in shambles, dilapidated and not conducive for any academic learning. The school is the only secondary school in weppa community. Government should please consider the school for renovation. |

First what is 15 minutes wait to see Oba Erediauwa compare to hours Nigerians are subjected at various airports when the president is travelling. The President and the PDP entourage should realise that they were visiting a very aged monarch who at the time of his coronation Jonathan was just doing his youth service. The PDP gang was in Edo state to ask for a favour and not the other way round. Is it for a second favour that he came to Benin,after voting for him in first favour, did President Jonathan know if Binis are still there. Like my friend Senator Uzamere once said that PDP don't like Binis. If the president come to Benin City to campaign he better go and campaign afterall the stadium ground is named after their illustous member rather come to the Palace and try to commit our majesty into what he don't believe in. I think Politician should stop asking for prayers and start asking for votes from voters |

Oshiomole will not get votes from the state workers for the imposition of regressive tax, from student for the four hundred percent increment of school fees, from market women for illegal demolitions and imposition of levies, from enterpreneurs for exurbitant levies beyond the statutory provisions, from unemployed graduates for not fulfilling his electoral promises. Oshiomole always abuse Anenih in his campaign because I have been following keenly as against your sumission. Stop giving him false hope because he will lose gallantly even when he bought all the media houses to be singing his praises. What happened to Abubakar Audu, Kwakwaso in 2003, Shikafi and Ohakin and the immediate past governor of Nasarawa state in 2011 will happen to Oshiomole in Edo state come July 14th, 2012. I know this writer is either looking for state contract or reciprocating for the earlier gesture. we are the voters in the state. My advise to you journalists is to stop heating up the polity in the state and stop given the public false informations because any decision made on falsehood will wrought disaster. God bless you. |

His refusal to see all the PDP Chieftain but the president alone is a very big signal to all those who think they can come and pollute Edo state with their evil intentions to stay OFF. the PROGRESSIVE states in this country are not ruled by PDP due to their corrupt practice.
