Stephanie and Taylor had quite a bit to do with the disruption at Forrester. Stephanie urging on Thorne and Felicia, badmouthing Forrester every chance she got. Taylor DUMPING Rick before their wedding, announcing her love for the man marrying HIS MOTHER, the guy responsible for so much sadness in his young life. She KNEW it would set him off and told everyone without any caring about consequences about her selfish wants. She WANTED Ridge and heck with everyone else. She also could have flat out told Phoebe being a pyschiatrist what she did to Rick and how hard it affected him, but she didn't. She feebly apologized and got left off the hook! Then she didn't set Thomas straight about his anger and only encouraged it. She kept up the pressure on Ridge so he couldn't get over his grief. Rick didn't help either. BUT she was the doc who started the whole thing. Was he designing then? No! Eric, No, he was too busy putting up with Steph's big mouth and her troublemaking, nasty kids. No HOT young summer couple, nope completely devoted to angst and manipulation. No Owen and Bridget to bring on new viewers, just old man climbing all over gorgeous girl (who from her other show could have attracted people). Heck, Thomas The Creepy had nothing but agonizing over mummy. Steffy gosh now she's going after a married man, older than her, married to her exgrandma (twiceover). AND KKL looks terrific from early shot to now. That famous hello from Ridge is constantly replayed on flashbacks on B&B, with the instant chemistry and attraction very visible. |

As for the show and the column, I have to agree with Marie, your continued bashing and constant writing about Brooke, and pimping of Taylor, just proves one thing. You know exactly who is the star of the show. The very fact that you spend column after column trashing and bashing Brooke just shows us that it is BROOKE who is the real draw of this show. Now, if the writers would just finally end the boring pairing of Bridge, we could really get to see Brooke shine as the show's star. They can give him back to Taylor. And it would finally give her another SL, besides her one as Stephanie's maid-in-waiting. |
