I Tivo the show so I skip through the parts when Stacy is on......where they dragged her up from I will never know. I am ready for the Rex and Gigi story line to finish and get them wed or parted, whatever, doesn't matter to me. As far as bringing Mitch back......hopefully, it will spice things up and put some life back in the show. I am so sick of Blair and Tia....another part I skip through. I can cut the show down to about fifteen minutes of watching these days......I wish they would bring Max back....I miss him.....

I know they've wanted to reveal Mitch as Rex's father for almost two years now and i'm glad they've held out and are going forward with it instead of going the rewrite route. I'm sure there'll be some great as-of-yet unrevealed secrets that will shake things up including what Allison Perkins' big secret was and possibly what the heck was the deal with that whole Victor mess. Tying him into the stalker story is great and it seems natural that he would want to cause trouble for the people he hates most with formerly beloved Jessica who tried to kill him now on his hate list. But i also haven't forgotten how cartoony he got during his last time on the show and wanting him gone months before it happened. Plus Mitch coming back from the dead is so freaking tiresome (but at least we've had the seeds slowly planted in between Roxy's visits and Nurse Freaky). Back in Jan/Feb 08 i was hoping Mitch wouldn't actually return from the dead but we'd instead see him on Allison's dvd and flashbacks. I also wish that now they could get Tina back to be a part of the current Mitch story (not to mention Cassie - hey, what about Lindsay?) So my hope is that he creates lots of havoc and stirs things up big time - maximize his time, but that he doesn't stay well past his due either. The guy has died so many times, that i don't know if i even want to watch another death - let him end his stay with the massive jail-for-life sentence he deserves. Or if he must die - LET'S SEE IT AND LET THERE BE NO DOUBT HE REALLY IS DEAD AND PLEASE LET IT BE VERY TORTUOUS AND PAINFUL giving RB a great death scene to play and viewers the closure and relief of the last Mitch return.

Why couldn't TPTB give Rex a father with honor and integrity instead of this boring slimeball !! OLTL has gone from bad to worse with the 50th coming of Mitch Lawrence. You should have let him rest in peace. I'll watch again when he is gone !!!

It would have been a lot more creative to have Peter Manning be Rex' (and Schuyler) father. Try something new for a change. Jessica just came off the story from hell, she deserves a break from all this dull drama. I wish they'd have Rex's pop be the one to discover that Stacy is trying to pass off Fish's child as Rex's. Take appropriate action to eliminate the plastic barbie from the scene. If they are going to stuff Stacy down our throats, they should at least have someone that can act play the part!

I just chose not to watch Mitch 99% of the time! I don't like this character and I wish that he had remained dead. Some characters should not return and Mitch is one of them. I was really glad when they killed Mitch off!
Posted By: Jen Posted On: Nov 2, 2009 Views: 345	Mitch I'm totally psyched for Mitch's return to Llanview....lets face it, the show sucks right now and Mitch could be just what the doctor ordered... ....BUT with the way the current IIC (idiots in control) are writing for brilliant actors (Blair, Todd, Dorian, Viki....) I'm terrified that the writers will destroy the legacy that Roscoe made with Mitch....and that he'll be ruined just like Carlo Hesser, and Tina, and, and, and....could SO go on all day long here... If they are bringing him back, then they better not mess it up. If they mess up his return, I may very well stop watching the show. Dear Lord, let this be a turning point for the show...but I fear it may be just as pointless and ridiculous as the rest of the show....
