The adults only made a bad situation worse. Each one wanted to protect Lil Sonny at all cost. That they didn't even think about what covering up this crime would do to him or what message it was sending. I am a Carly fan and I hate the way she is so quick to defend Sonny. I get that she's mad as hell at Jax as she has a right to be. But when she kept going on and on about how Jax put Lil Sonny is danger when he went to live with Sonny and Claudia. She forgot that she put him in danger the moment she got with Sonny. The kid was a target from day one. Also why would she want her best friends son to go hrough the samething? Liz/Nic I kinda like them. But I have to agree that we don't need another whose the daddy s/l. I just want to know when is Lucky going to finally catch a break? He deserves some happiness. On a side note the upcoming previews with Maxie and Falco looks really good. I can't wait to see this s/l unfold.

We didn't see an axe we saw a stick it could have even been a bat for all intense purposes. He heard his mother's screams and ran in and saw his mom and Clauzilla with the child. he SWUNG ONE TIME folks and killed her. Covering it wrong he would have probably been charged cause Mac is an inept Cop but Diane could have gotten him bail and he be out and she have him free of killing Clauzilla.Also Michael is a MINOR and could be tried as Juvenile. (like when a gun accidentally goes off, or a person is accidentally run over by a car.) Michael, while in a fit of rage, intentionally picked up the weapon and walloped Claudia in the head...while she was unarmed. By law, it was second degree murder.

Both of these men are poor role models for Mikey and Morgan. It's no wonder that Mikey thinks it's ok to kill someone and not give a damn. If SJB doesn't return as Claudia I hope that they do a recast. Claudia was wrong in the way she handled the whole shooting thing. But, what I don't understand is why so many fans were up in arms about Mikey accidently getting shot. When the samething could have happened to Jake in the roadhouse. Jason was so hell bent on getting Claudia for her actions. That he forgot that he could have accidently shot his own son.

Do I think Michael was right in clocking Claudia? Absolutely. But I do not agree with the cover up at all. I simply don't see how Michael could have been convicted. I don't know what the charges would have been. One of the characters said Involuntary Manslaughter, which makes more sense to me than 2nd degree murder, not knowing the law, can't really comment. And now it appears Claudia isn't even dead, which thrills me no end (I very much enjoyed the Claudia character). I can only imagine the vengeance she is plotting now. I hope SJB comes back one day

She had just kidnapped his pregnant mother by gun point and she was kidnapping his new born sister. So he was stopping her from leaving with the baby and it was only one hit (a pretty good one I might add!)

Claudia was leaving the cabin with the baby in a basket, and Claudia wasn't even holding the gun when Michael came in. She's maybe 100 pounds, and Michael is nearly a full grown man. She was not a mortal threat at the time he killed her, and he did not have to use deadly force to subdue her. In a court of law, he would be charged with second degree murder, as it was a crime of passion (heightened emotions,) not premeditated. And he should rightly be convicted...although with his brain injury, which reduces his ability to reason and to control his emotions, he would have a pretty good defense. But in NO WAY was this "killing in self defense."
