I know they will have Dante backstroke (saying he shot himself) so? Why bother me with this..If Dante hasn't been scribed to lick Sonny's boots he will be the end of May Sweeps. RE: CORE FAMILIES... Being tied to a core family is irrelevant if you aren't writing for the "core family" or destroying/re-arranging their history...GH doesn't care about core family. They've killed most of them off...Matt is a Drake he's core they won't even write for him. Its all about telling a good story IMO. I don't care if they are core or not. They immediately attach characters to a core family (or they become a long lost)they don't wite for eg Ethan....or Rebecca's stinker storyline when the orchestrated Emily/and her mom's history for a stinker storyline. Everybody in PortCharles don't need to be related in order to tell a good story...especially when they have destroyed so much GH history. |

He faced a human being ,one I might add had saved his and his sons live's and Shot. If I was dante everytime I looked Sonny in the face I would see a murderer. Just because you gave sperm, it doesn't mean you are a father. They have places where guys go to give sperm. Sonny is nothing more than a sperm donor. Olivia was right, she kept her son from the mob. Dante had his own agenda .A cop and Sonny is the mob. he did shoot an unarmed cop, didn't even flinch. If Dante sides with Sonny, I am out of here. I haven't watched in the last years because the teflon don never pays. Guza never learns and I need to be doing something else at 3 pm. |

He is not a typical newbie who can't act and is not tied to the core characters. He is absolutely adorable too. Michael is another story--annoying beyond annoying. |

Sonny shot his son in cold blood after learning he infiltrated his organization to take him down. Dante's father is a mob boss who killed a man he loved and admired as a young kid. Though Dante and Sonny have a bond, knowing they are indeed father and son will be difficult to embrace. I am hoping that Sonny remains upset with Olivia for a long time. I do not like these two together. In fact, I think I preferred Sonny with Emily! Kate, on the other hand, was a far superior match for Mr. Dimples. Like the previous commmenter, I wholehearted agree that Megan Ward was treated horribly. Kate is an awesome character and she made Sonny likeable. They were radiant together. |

Now, we are stuck with Claudia's trial. GH made much to do about nothing for the past several months. Claudia's death was self-defense. Instead of wasting our time with an egotistical actor (Franco), we could have been watching the Dante/Sonny story evolve. Hopefully the writing is much better in 2010!!!! |

I'm sorry but Olivia has overstayed her welcome. I can't believe that GH got rid of Kate(MW)in favor of Olivia(LLC). MW is a wonderful actor and deserved better than what GH gave her. She and Sonny were magic. She brought out the softer more likeable side of Sonny. With Olivia he has resorted back to a stupid teenage boy. At least when he was with Kate and Carly he acted like a man. |
