| Posted By: Mistresstamara Posted On: Mar 6, 2010 Views: 380 | Marriage? Ok,Phyliss knows that Nick will run to Sharon as soon as she is in trouble. Why stick your nose into her marriage. Sharon went of with Adam with free will, let her deal with it. But Phyliss will see that her butting in will do nothing but end her marriage |
| Posted By: Dannada Posted On: Mar 5, 2010 Views: 443 | phrase most tired of hearing Phyllis: I want my husband back, I love my husband, I need my husband I'm fighting to keep my family together. I, I, I... This is a marriage of one. |
| Posted By: Maria Posted On: Mar 5, 2010 Views: 477 | Tucker I love SN as Tucker, but when he answers the phone, he always says "this is Tucker", can't he just say hello? Is it just me,or was the Ashley/Sharon dream episode really dumb? |
| Posted By: Oldbag Posted On: Mar 3, 2010 Views: 292 | These annoy me! My first is : Pattycakes - Pattycakes....--- GMAB! My second, and I have to agree with another one's comment is : Cassie-Cassie-Cassie Yes, please let her and all those other visiting spirits cross over for good.... mortician with attitude |
| Posted By: Pamela Posted On: Mar 3, 2010 Views: 304 | Repetitious phrases Another thing that rattles my cage is when Victor continually refers to other people by their full names, as in Jack Abbott, or Michael Baldwin. Granted, in a real city, there are many folks with the same first name, so this little annoyance would be a necessary differentiation. But come on already! The audience would know whom he meant if he just said Jack or Michael, because in Soapland, there are rarely two characters with the same first name. If so, the second one is usually a junior, and he either goes by his middle name (as Adam does), or is called JR (as on AMC). |
| Posted By: mll1206 Posted On: Mar 2, 2010 Views: 373 | word or phrase most tired of CASSIE CASSIE CASSIE CASSIE!! Good GOD the girl needs to RIP!!! they have said her name 100 times more since she died then when the poor girl was alive!! Nick and Sharon need to concentrate on the ONE child they do have!!! you know the spare, Noah!!! poor kid even "dead" Faith means more to them then ALIVE Noah!! |
| Posted By: soapluver Posted On: Mar 2, 2010 Views: 325 | molest from the meriam-webster dictionary: 1 : to annoy, disturb, or persecute especially with hostile intent or injurious effect 2 : to make annoying sexual advances to; especially : to force physical and usually sexual contact on I don't see any mention of it just applying to children. |
| Posted By: buckmom Posted On: Mar 2, 2010 Views: 276 | Molested Okay--maybe I'm being picky but to me 'molested' is something that happens to children who are attacked by a predator. Dr. Taylor messing with Skye would either be sexual harassment or rape depending on the degree of his attentions.... |
| Posted By: Cuff Posted On: Mar 2, 2010 Views: 240 | Cut it out "Cut to the chase" has become quite a trite and annoying cliché in the dialogue. |
| Posted By: soapluver Posted On: Mar 2, 2010 Views: 252 | choices I wish there had been an "all of the above" choice. I'm very annoyed with how repetative the dialogue is on this show. Someone needs to buy these so-called writers a thesaurus. cloth...fabric...material...fragment And once you say purple, is it necessary to describe it as such EVERY TIME during the same conversation? |
