Mainly because we lacked a lot in defense and got picked off on the break. I voted for Jon because I try as i might i couldn't get past him at all last night.

On the back of that I went for Andy as thought he kept going all night and scored a few well taken goals.

But on reflection we didnt have the savvy to sit back a bit as we were too attack minded (think kevin keegans newcastle). This was our downfall as scott pretty much killed us on the break numerous times. Credit where credit is due though - the team work from the whites was outstanding coupled with the fact none of them had a bad game (loved the cameo from everyones favourite columbian!) but ill go for Jon as man of the match. I hate it when a plan doesnt come together. PS See you Saturday - dont forget your 3d glasses either....MOVIE! MOVIE! MOVIE!

Next week I beleive we have Cameroon's finest Roger Miller playing and then Claudio Canigga the week after! But when will Paul Parker be playing? Close game last night and I really thought our ability to hit the post / goalkeeper or team mate whilst shooting was going to be our downfall. Thankfully the Tatties were also having one of those nights too! Good team performance from all our guys. Thought we palyed a pretty good game with a decent balance of when to send men forward. Maybe that edged it in the end. Went for Paul for is high energy / never say die game. Though Scotty (for the beard alone) nearly edged it for his goals at the end. MOVIE! MOVIE! MOVIE! MOVIE! You gotta love Howling Mad Murdoch.

Posted By: stu Posted On: Jul 29, 2010 Views: 186	motm can't beleive we threw that away so easily last night. we were well in control for a long while but some dodgy defending and failure to play the easy ball deservedly led to our downfall. some good performances throughout but am opting for scotty who, despite the blinding streaks of white in his beard, capitalised most on our suspect play with some fine goals. see you saturday!!

Thanks to you all for making him and his 'poodle-esque' bonce so welcome. Michael made a stab at comedy moment of the year with that spectacular fresh air shot which had him a clear 4 feet in the air before a less than gracefull crash landing amidst some suitably childish laughter - brilliant. Went for Jon as MOTM coz he worked the hardest for us again, and linked well with Paul to scoare a rather sexy goal with slick passing.

We played well as a team, passed well, pressed and defended well, and also broke from the back well. Had our finishing been better from the start then we may not have fallen behind by so many at the start. Good game though and i went for Scott for his poaching prowess, but it could have gone to anyone. So funny watching Michael make an arse of himself ha ha. He could have had MOTM for that, although was tempted to go for Jamie's kinky afro!!!!
