| Posted By: Amadi Posted On: Mar 21, 2012 Views: 562 | Aliyu Nguru First, I am 100% sure that the people of Niger delta are more civilized and informed than the northerners who are blindfolded with islamic fanatism and egocentrism of northern political elites. Statistically, the Niger Delta is far ahead of the north in societal development even when there are more states and local governments in the north that survive from Niger Delta oil money. You people in the north use Niger Deltan corruption as a defensive mechanism to ask for Niger deltan oil money when corruption is a cancerous tissue that has metastasized all regions and organs of the entity called Nigeria. And the causative factor of this cancer called corruption is a chronic northern squandermanic egocentric ethnocentric leadership. Probably it is even more down north since your people are more primitive and uninformed and are easily manipulated by the egoistic northern political elites. |
| Posted By: Osii Posted On: Mar 21, 2012 Views: 542 | Unemployment and insecurity in Nigeria The rate of unemployment in Nigeria has increased tremendouly, over 70percent of graduate in Nigeria is unemployed. So tell me the essence of school if one can not make his living after schooling. So rich snators will be advocating skill labour for graduate who didn't studied technical or science. Bokoharam sucide bombing is worst insecurity Nigeria is experiencing. The northern islamic sect are terrorising the entire chriastians and southerners. I belive one day war break out in the country. |

| Posted By: OnTheMarch Posted On: Mar 20, 2012 Views: 533 | T.A.Orji a massive failure... "However, like in any other unhealthy democratic environment, the opposition parties still attack government on development issues. In fact, they claim that nothing is happening in Aba, a claim, stoutly faulted by the Chief Press Secretary to Governor Theodore Orji, Mr. Ugochukwu Emezue. Emezue told Vanguard: "I get worried over people who give blank claim that nothing is happening in Aba just to score cheap political points." ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------- Of course, the only person that'll defend Orji's inept and corruptr government is his press secretary! Those who live in Aba know that nothing whatsoever is happening in terms of development!! A stupid lame-duck governor who was booed by residents! What do you expect? Of course, go to the press, tell lies and save face!!! But Abians are not buying such deception!! |

| Posted By: IHEBOM CHIDI.E Posted On: Mar 20, 2012 Views: 867 | AGED PEOPLE DECRY GOVERNMENTS NEGLECT To me the aged people in NIGERIA are being neglected&shown less concern by our government at all levels which is not good&Godly at all both in the sight of man&God because each&everyone of us is really wishing to live longer&grow older than our fathers.About 3,000 aged people in Lagos state on Monday decried the neglect of old people in the country,Please am calling on the governments at all levels in Nigeria to take the responsibility of enacting a policy that would see to their welfare in all the states of the federation because they are important to us.The men and women who were aged between 60 and 70,spoke at a news conference to introduce a new organisation for the aged in Nigeria, been known as the Old people welfare foundation. To me the present situation was not favourable for the aged as governments at all levels in Nigeria were undecided on their welfare. The result is that nobody is doing anything. It has becomes imperative now for governments at all levels in Nigeria to introduce free food for all aged to prevent them from begging on the streets. We all know that some children of the old&aged people cannot be able to take proper care of their parents due to the situation of things and economy of Nigeria. At least with this organisation many old&aged people would have a voice as the organisation would become their voice. As for me i don't really like the suffering of the the old and aged people in the country and even the youths in terms of jobs securing after graduation from a university in Nigeria&also the poor masses suffering in the midst of plenty in Nigeria, but i know that God is already at work at all government levels in Nigeria and also God's time they say is the best. | Posted By: Kendo Posted On: Mar 19, 2012 Views: 876 | The Patriot Hello Patriot, you are right we discussed this issue 3 years ago on this forum. However, I am ready to discuss it again and again anytime it churns up. The word “UNFAITHFUL” is exaggerated. The question you should be asking is if I believe in one man one wife. Are you telling me that all Westerners whose culture supports one man one wife are 100% faithful to their wives? How come over 70% of their marriages ends in divorce? Even a serving American president in the name of Bill Clinton banged his secretary. Coming back to Gay issues, my types are not ready for second colonization. Even in America today, only few states has legalized Gay marriages. Can anyone name how many countries in Asia that has legalized Gay marriages? Why must the West keep pushing Africa to legalize homosexuality that is against their culture, morals and religion? How would they feel if Africa pushes them to legalize polygamy or other things we found acceptable in Africa? Does it mean that everything about Africa was wrong? How then, nature allowed Africa to evolve with human lives for billions of years? If we have survived all these years before the invasion of the Westerners during the last 200 years, it is a sign that Africans has something unique that sustained them until now. Homosexuality is not one of them in those days I can assure you. Nobody in my town or lineage was born a homosexual until this date when people began to learn it from their Western counterparts. Nobody was born a Gay as some people are presenting it to be. Gay is a habit people learned later in life just like smoking, drinking, or even drug addicts. People learn homosexuality in prison, hostels, in the military and other places as such. Once addicted to it, they find it very difficult to quit just like those that are drug addicted. Therefore, is totally wrong to classify Gay ecstasy as natural occurrence in human. It is totally difference from someone who is born left handed as Amadi emphasized. What you learn later in your life is certainly not inborn in you. I can only refer homosexuals to apply for rehabilitations. I have seen people after rehabilitation exercises, are now happily married with their wives and husbands. Homosexual is simply not inborn as some people are speculating. |

The police commissioner has reeled out reasons for the attack on the people of Chikun LGA of kaduna state who only acted in self defense during the post election crisis achelstreted by hausa fulani themselves, in the wake of their failure to win the general election. The earlier he fishes out and these islamist jihadists and punish them, the better. We all know he is a staunch Muslim, he will be doing himself no good to delay justice. Kaduna state is God own state. He should note that. |
| Posted By: The Patriot Posted On: Mar 19, 2012 Views: 603 | Kendo Hello good old friend, its exactly three years since we last communicated on this forum. I read your last upload to Amadi and I was wondering if you are among African men that are unfaithful to their wives after their matrimonial vow? please advise. |
| Posted By: Kendo Posted On: Mar 19, 2012 Views: 535 | Amadi I am not interested on issues such as homosexuality, but your rejoinder forced me to voice my personal opinion on homosexuality. Can you provide us with homosexuality information extracted from African historical archives? Can you name one or two Africans that were well known homosexuals in the last 300 years? All claims that some humans were born homosexuals are simply scientific delusion. No human knew what sex is all about until someone taught them how to have sex later in life. Thus, your claim that people were born homosexuals is a fallacy. Like you rightly said, African nations recognize morals, culture, and religion for many reasons. Have you asked why? Who brought religion into Africa? Answer these questions by yourself. However, in Western world history, you will read about people that were homosexuals. They found nothing wrong with it today because it has been part of their morals, culture, and religion. I have not seen the Western world adopting African lifestyle as a way of life. Everything about Africa cannot be wrong. An average white man has no power to satisfy a woman not to talk of two wives. For this reason Africans were deceived they that one man one wife is mandatory and we agreed. Today, how many African men will swear that after their wedding vows, they have never slept with another woman except their wedded wives. Yet we joined hands with the western world to condemn polygamy. If we must be truthful to ourselves, there are things we must not compromise as Africans. We can only deceive ourselves by truncating issues to make them look real. Our great grandfathers were not homosexuals. We cannot be homosexuals just because the Western world does. It is not right to force Africans whose culture does not support homosexuality to accept it. Such an act is known as coercion, and coercion is not one of the integral parts of democratic governance. |

| Posted By: Amadi Posted On: Mar 19, 2012 Views: 610 | Let homosexuals live There is no scientific or psychological evidence that proves homosexuality is acquired. Psychiatrists, psychologists, sexologists and scientists have uptil date only hypothesis on the causative factors of homosexuality. Sexual orientation probably is determined by genetics, hormonal and environmental factors.Biological factors which may be related to the development of heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual and asexual orientation include genetics, prenatal hormones and brain structure. Probably in the near future there will be a scientific evidence for homosexuality. But for sure, it is not an acquired habit. Therefore, homosexuality is not a choice.Discrimination of homosexuals is absolutely based on moral, cultural and religious orthodoxy. It is the same as racial and religious discrimination. The disadvantage of homosexuality is that it does not enhance reproduction. But the spice that flavours life is variety.Let heterosexuals keep on reproducing.Homosexuality could be a sort of natural birth control mechanism. For the fact that they are not straight does not make them criminals. Do you discriminate against somebody who is leftsided ? |
| Posted By: IHEBOM CHIDI.E Posted On: Mar 19, 2012 Views: 715 | Permanent sec caught with #2billion police pension To me nothing will come out of it,they will just set a panel of inquiries and you won't hear the case anymore.Nigeria has become something else,if you see where the police maltreat a man whom they saw with ordinary laptop or checking your mail at the cafe, they will accuse you with all big lies.To me what corrupt Nigeria is not only internet or those you see around there,Nigerian leaders has corrupted the country.OK just tell me what a man is doing with #2billion naira cash in his house, and #18billion naira business scam and his name was withheld..but the Nigerian police will kill a man on the road just because of #20,In fact to me i would say that there's a lot of madness in the police and also in EFCC,why are they using the poor people as an example won't they publish this perm sec name? The reason why they want goodluck jonathan and Ngozi iwelaa out was because the thieves are being exposed massively. Most of these directors and perm sec are the northerners and the south west and the judiciary are their brothers&sisters so how will GEJ succeed without being sabotaged. They said when you fight corruption, corruption also fights you back,God will surely help us because i can see that he is already at work in different government levels in Nigeria now.
