Posted By: Cloak Posted On: Jan 22, 2012 Views: 148	Annoyed I just read that Kirsten Storms will not be returning as expected. I miss KS Maxie. She can at least hold her own when in a scene with RH. Unlike this actress who has been out shined by everyone she has a scene with. I say let Maxie get kidnapped by this "stalker" until KS is ready to return. Or at least have her go into a coma or something. I understand that JL has had been shoes to fill. But she's just not up to par. Maxie has always been sort of an airhead. But she can also be insightful and smart when need be. But JL is just playing her as an airhead. Which doesn't sit well with this fan. I am also annoyed that characters from OLTL will be coming to GH. With that said. I do like Todd and John. However, I could do without Blair and Starr. I think that they took up way too much screen time on OLTL. And, Carly is on just about everyday on GH. Now these two screaming idiots will be shoved down our throats all the time. I don't think that Sam is boring at all. I just hate the fact that she has been paired with Jason. Every time they get together he sucks the life out of her. She's more than able to stand on her own two feet and be her own woman. She doesn't need a man to validate her the way some women on GH do.

I don't care really. Both Kassie DePaiva and Laura Wright are powerhouse actresses. I just hope that the reason for their rivalry IS NOT Blair going after Sonny (that would only give Maurice Benard MORE screen time). I would be somewhat okay with Carly going after Todd, thus the reason for Blair's anger. Just as long as Jason (robot steroid boy) and Sam (yawn) are pushed to the back burner, I'll be happy.

After all they are called rumors for a reason. Even if they are related that would mean that he's also related to Alexis, Molly and Kristina. So wouldn't that be kind of icky to know that Kristina was chasing after her cousin or something like that? Also didn't Sonny tell Johnny at the end of yesterday's show that he felt sorry for him? The only reason that I can think of for Sonny to say that is. He knows that Johnny is really Claudia's son. This has been long suspected since Claudia was always very protective of him. Most fans pointed out that it was very unnatural for a "sister" to be that overprotective of her brother. I'm not sure how I feel about the Mannings coming to PC. Only because Blair and Carly are bound to get into it. I got tired of seeing Blair all the time on OL. And, I am really tired of seeing Carly on GH. So the two of them together is going to be way too much. I would love to see Todd take down Sonny. Now I would love to see that. I don't want to get to excited about ME joining the cast. Only because I have a fear that MA(Natalie) would be brought over as well. I hated the character Natalie on OLTL, so I don't want to see her come to PC. I would however love to see Vickie and Clint come over. I would love to see them mix it up with the Q's. After all they are a core family that has been neglected for years. It's time to rebuild the Q and Ward families.

I welcome John Mcbain aka Michael Easton I wish Ted King would have came back to Gh Ain't intrested in no manings or lords or the star chick Also those dam writers better tweak the character Of Sam....Let her have her baby in peace...after That ****ed up writing to have her raped on her Honeymoon....WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This should be a wake up call for the folks over at ABC. I have a feeling that if they decide to get rid of GH whatever replaces it will have low ratings as well. I like Katie C, but she should have stuck with the news. I will not be watching her daytime show. Here in NC our daytime lineup is as follows.. 11 am The View 12pm Local News 1pm The Chew 2pm The Revolution 3pm General Hospital So I'm not sure if it will change or not. I hope not. Even though people are talking about how bad the ratings are for GH. They need to take in account that AMC and OLTL have both been canceled. So there for the people who watched this show aren't watching The Chew or The Revolution. I know people who have Direct Tv that tune in at exactly 3pm or later to watch GH because they don't want to give the rating to the other shows. Yes, GH has it's issues. The biggest being Sonny, Carly and Jason. The show has focused on them and the mob for way too long. This is a turn off to alot of fans. Fans have asked that the violence be toned down and more s/l's that don't involve the thug twins and their ho. But instead of listening to the fans we are still having them shoved down our throats. While I would enjoy seeing the Mannings and John on GH. I would rather have had Clint, Bo, Vikki,Todd and John join the show. I would have loved to see BE go up against ELQ. It would have at least given the Q's a s/l that didn't involve the mob.

"General Hospital" will slowly evolve out of all of the affiliate's schedules until it surrenders to Couric in mid-September.

GH needs viwers and if it can bring some viwers from OLTL it needs to do it to stay on the air. If they don't try something the show is going to land up canceled like AMC and OLTL. I've hated 99% of the new characters brought on GH over the last new years because they are pointless. TPTB never seem to know what to do with them, frequently the actor has little experience and it shows and the development is poor. At least the characters from OLTL should be entertaining, if nothing else these players can act. I read on Cassie DiPavia (sp?) website that she is only on temporarily, Blair will not be staying in PC. If John McBain coming to PC means that the PCPD will stop looking like a bunch of idiots than maybe I can embrace this character. I'm tired of the cops looking like idiots while Jason, a mob hitman, saves the day and everyone in town thinks he walks on water.

I was hoping, like the last time we had the change, to get more Q's and more GH and less mob. I also wondered if Jill leaving the show helped any since she seemed very invested in the dark stories as well. It is a bit scary that the whole Manning family is basically dark and we dont need more of that. I would actually like to see Carly have a girlfriend! She had Olivia for a minute, but that poofed apart. It would be nice for her to have some girl time. I miss when the other girls would hit Jake's!

If you like GH then my suggestion is watch it if you want to save the last ABC soap. And if you didnt watch OLTL this past year then you were foolish it was the best and had higher ratings for a year it was #3 and as for GH it has been the bottom of the ratings barrel for months and months so that should tell you something!!

And, as I have said other places, why is everyone thinking FV and RC are going to be the saviors of GH when they couldn't save OLTL? I stopped watching OLTL over a year ago because I couldn't stomach the stories they were telling.
