Inspectors are inspectors only in tiltle.No former experience or training.They inspect the jobs not knowing what they are looking at. And no thorough knowledge of the building codes.

Massachussettes has very strict plumbing laws. That do not allow handy men or DIY's to perform plumbingwork only licensed plumbers are permitted to do such work. Unfortunately these laws are not enforced, because too many people from NH, do work.
