| Posted By: Farrukh Kayani Posted On: Apr 22, 2009 Views: 5298 | negatives for euro coming i personally feel eur/usd will crash in next few weeks as again a move down in likely.This is a painful recession seeing that euro should go down to 1.25 or indeed 1.20 something .Right now my study on graph suggest a slight rise to 1.34/1.35 then a fall down to 1.28 something and then rise and another dip down to 1.25 n lower.Gbp/usd has started the crash so if gbp/usd doesn't reach 1.52 in next few days we will see extreme dollar strength.oil is at $48 .oil values if fall below $40 then we will see euro at 1.24 and if oil reach $33 then euro at 1.20 .. at 1.20 we will make new assesments. |

| Posted By: Farrukh Kayani Posted On: Mar 25, 2009 Views: 5930 | eur/usd going up.. now 1.36 lets say it reaches 1.38/1.40 but as long as it is below 1.42 we might see dollar strength again.Oil would be good indicator as i have already said .data is of no use.oil at $52.right? so thats how euro is so high.i m not really suprized it narrowly escaped the danger zone which is a suprize to many cause ""too much volality was angering china"".it is infact a way up and down in an attempt to show some muslces to china.world politics!!this is just part of correction as what i see.as for gbp/usd uk economy is shivering with bad news so i don't think euro/pound can gain for long time.Also it is not in American interests to let dollar fall now.we might see a big sudden fall/crash in dollar starting in 2012, before 2012 its very hard as i see it .Any free fall in dollar might anger the sleeping giant China which has over $1 trillion in usa.so if dollar falls, china will switch the currency thats very dangerous for america.also remembering until gulf make their own currency that is in 2012 dollar will remain quite powerful.so for people who think euro is gonna rock to 1.80.. nops thats not possible.so my advise to chouhdry watch out, this is a rolling coaster. |
