Nobody wants to know the opinion of a doofus. Especially since most of them have no opinion worth taking a breath to say. The announcer's style is over the top. He sounds like he came from pro wrestling. What a doofus! The original announcer from the Judge Whopper days had it right: deadpan, even, perfect elocution. Oh, and clever word play with the charges is good, but obvious, unfunny puns are just lame. The interviews with the litigants is important, but I think they can be done better. They need someone who can ask better questions. It seems like the guy is totally unprepared, as if he hadn't read about the case before the show. Do your research, doofus, thats why they pay you! Most important of all, though, is getting good cases. Sometimes they are real stinkers. A clear conflict, lots of evidence and at least one emotional, hyper or prevaricating party are important ingredients. Always have at least one doofus! Judge Milian IS hot, I agree. But she shouldn't shout so much. Its like she tries too hard. It would be great, though, if she grew her hair very long and then wore it up in a nice arrangement. Judge Milian is *not* a doofus. |

I just wanted her to know that I am a very honest person. I am a 52 year old female who was raised with 5 brothers and sisters by a single mother who worked 3 jobs. Mom always taught us to be honest in all our dealings. I have had problems with some of my acquaintences because of my honesty. If I am at a restaurant and the waiter/waitress does not charge us for a meal, I will tell her of her oversight. I have had people dining with me actually have the audacity to tell me that I should have to pay for their dinner because I pointed out the mistake to the waitress! I just tell them that when they entered the restaurant they were expecting to pay for their dinner - so I didn't cost them any more than they were going to spend in the first place. My mother always taught us that if we took advantage of a mistake (not being charged for something or being given too much change) it was the same as if we went into a store and stole something. I have been in businesses where I gave the clerk a $10 bill and was given change for a $20. I will always return the change and let the clerk know of their mistake. It amazes me that people are so surprised when I do this! I also will not download music or movies off the internet because I feel that it is the same thing as if I went into a store and stole a CD or DVD. A lot of people I know make fun of me and say I'm stupid for being honest, but that is how I was raised and I don't really care what other people think - I just want to do the right thing whenever I can. So, Judge Milian, there are some honest people out there, they are just few and far between. I love your show and think your rulings are based on common sense and compassion. Keep up the good work and I hope your show is on for many years to come. You seem to be a very down-to-earth person and I admire you for your convictions, and the fact that you don't hesitate to let people know how you feel about their shenanigans. I hope the New Year brings you health, happiness, and success. |

The only thing I don't like is when Judge Milan calls people sweetheart or any other names ,because she gets angry when someone accidently calls her "Miss" or something other than "Judge" .Maybe someone should point this out to her . |
| Posted By: Jan Posted On: Dec 29, 2004 Views: 1225 | Personality Judge Millian is terrific....she brings the most inter-feelings into the court room.....even tho she has to rule against the plaintif she says she doesn't feel it is right, but it's the law.... when she mentions her family it is with love and pride.....we should all be lucky enough to have such a loving family as she has....I love the show and hope it continues with her for many years to come. |

She is a people person, she is one who cares about people and she always has a great smile and she know's when someone is not telling the truth! I give her my total respect and personally I think she's the best judge around because of her attitude! Other judges are cool also, but she is at the top of my list! If you don't mind me saying, SHE'S HOT! |

She is funny, fair, intelligent, and doesnt take anyone's BS or rude behavior. I hope this show stays on the air. I attended a taping and had a brief moment of the judge off camera, she is a wonderful person. |

I see my eyes and hands did not express properly what I was saying. Working at the volunteer organizations I've seen those that would lie and take from those who really really need it. I was trying to say that someone in FEMA just took money away from funding for homeless people because people in Miami and Broward were visited by FEMA and grated over 20million - the most in the state by the least hit, if thunderstorms are a hit. So YEAH there are those that would take free cable, hotel, food, money....and lie for and about it. Just look at FEMA and the state of FLorida - maybe they can tell the homeless people, who's homes were destroyed by not one, not two but 3 hurricanes why they are not at the top of the list, why they aren't receiving what they deserve. time to jump off the box but you wanted us to write so you'd see that YES most of us are still good. Sometimes too good, but you see that on your bench alot. peace |
