People's Court is an institution and many, many people love it. it is an expression of our country's judicial system and helps to educate the public about our system of law and democracy. this **** about ratings have been going on for YEARS and YEARS and will likely continue. People's Court is a SYNDICATED show and is not subject to the same pressures as big budget network shows and series like Law and Order or CIS. ratings don't matter. if stations want to drop the show they can and will because of low ratings (low ad fees), but it will continue to play in areas that love the show. and as long as people love it and express themselves on websites such as this, the show will continue. |

She's beautiful, smart, fair, and she tells it like it is.She's the one who brought all the ratings up on The People's Court.She makes the show educational and humorous.If she leaves then I WILL NOT watch this show anymore as well as many other people, and the ratings will go back down again.I'm Cuban myself so I like seeing her on T.V. representing as an educated individual.KEEP JUDGE MARILYN MILIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

She has an astute understanding if the legal system and can detect flim-flam lyers instantly and applies fair and reasonable justice to all. I admire the way she comands the conduct of the court in seeking the truth from the litigants. Of all TV judge shows I feel this is one of the fairest and most educational as to the legal law that bases the decisions. A variety of issues in case selection is key. There is some room for improvement on this level. The other suggestion for improvement would be to add a case rather than have the uneducated people on the street be polled for their opinions. | Posted By: Dan Berry Posted On: Jun 12, 2007 Views: 1105 | why do pitbull owners not put in jail? it amazes me to listen to pitbull owners defend their dogs..it doesn't matter that there are statistics about pitbull attacks...lawsuits...criminal prosecutions... it doesn't matter that there are towns and cities that have banned these animals...it doesn't matter that certain states will make you carry additional homeowner's insurance...PITBULL OWNERS WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEIR DOGS AND OTHER BREEDS. Pitbull owners think that this is some kind of government conspiracy...I take my lab to a dog park...and it states the following "No Pitbulls or aggressive animals permitted in park" Once again...I guess that's another conspiracy against pitbulls!!!!!!!!!!!! |

He said that pit bulls have an Enzyme which makes them dangerous. That is the most rediculous thing I've heard. Dogs as well as people are a product of their environment. Treat them with kindness and love and pit bulls are the greatest dogs. They need a lot of attention and exercise so if you can't give that to them don't buy one. His comment was ignorant and unfounded. Show me where it says that or who said that. |
