However, for TV, with all the wierdo's and truly stupid people out there I'm sure there are some other cases out there other than "I loaned money to my boyfriend/girlfriend and they didn't pay and I want it back" or "I deserve my security deposit back". How about the neighbors pet boa ate my pet pot belly pig and I'm scarred for life so I want $200 to replace the pig and $2200 for pain and mental anguish" I like Judge Millian, she is my favorite of all the other imitators out there. Why would they expect something other than falling ratings when they schedule the show at odd hours, you never see a commercial for it unless it is while the show is actually on TV and they use the same problems over and over. Enough of my rant... |

I stopped watching The People's court when Judge Judy's "arrogant" husband was the judge..When I saw Judge Milian on I immediately started watching The People's court again and make it a point to watch it EVERY DAY! If she is fired I will NOT watch your show ANYMORE!! Even if I went before her on a case and lost,I still would be honored to be in her court! We need more judges like her not less!! The one that needs to be fired is "know it all" Harvey Levin..There is no one there to oppose his "always" supposedly perfect viewpoint! And he is not as funny as he thinks he is.. Curt the interviewer IS cool and funny in his comments before and after the show!! |

And about this Curt Chaplin, after the case is over, he practically drags you over so he has someone to interview after the case is over, I would just tell him, get your hands off me, you watched the case, and you know what happened!!!!!!! They really do not need these two on the show, it would definitely be a better show without them |

If you want to compare judges, there is no way, as a man, would you want to go before Juge Judy! Men do not stand a chance. Judge Judy already has the presumption of guilt for men. Judge Milian, on the other hand, is extreamly fair. She despenses justice with fairness as well as compassion. And on a final note.... she is so hot! |

Addison must have been a receptionist or something because these judges on TV are real judges, they are not paid actors. If she would have asked any of the lawyers or judges where she worked, they may have confirmed this. As for judges not being insulting, degrading, and yelling, etc. I'm sorry, but I have dealt with first hand a judge who is like this. He is the epitomy of racist, and he has a good-ol-boy mentallity that is quite common here in the Northern Florida area. I have had to deal with him, he gives men anything they want even when they have disregarded court orders while women who abide by them to the letter get even less of what they wanted because they are seen as stupid little women. And he is degrading, rude, disrespectful, and nothing is ever done about it. If you are a single mom who married someone who is not white, you are on his s#@t list. So don't think for a minute that judges are not like that because they are. Judge Millian however is not degrading or insulting. She is very tactful and points the finger and tells it like it is to the person who is in the wrong. She is far from being racist, and so what if she knows anything about black hair from her Jamaican friend. Are you saying Jamaicans are less black than you are? I know about black hair from my black friends, it doesn't make me racist, it makes me informed! She's a great judge, makes good decisions, and adds that extra flavor that most judges can't, let the race part go!!! I say, more PC and less Judge Judy, as she is the one who rants and raves, who screeches, yells, insults, doesn't listen, interrupts, and should have stayed retired when she did retire as she is getting a bit too senile to continue on much longer. Let the young, fair, lucid judges with good morals remain, and that is Judge Millian completely!!! |

You are far off the mark. I love the show, I wish it were on twice a day as is Judge Judy and the rest. That could be what is needed to get the ratings back up. And I've personally seen where Judge Millian has enforced the laws for dog owners, so I don't know where that woman is getting her information from. The guy who got a little skin scrape from a dog is not worthy of the kind of money he wanted. If he had a huge gash, and stitches, etc., that would have been a whole different story. I think those who dislike Judge Millian personally have no morals and don't deserve to waste our time on this posting. She exudes the honest side of the law and it's refreshing to see her in action.... |

I just heard the Dog case and do not agree with you. My daughter had the same thing until it caused her to loose her hair from the stress and lack of sleep. Took to court twice. He and she work in law inforcement and thought they did not need to obey the rules even though there is a dog oridance. 911 would tip them off when a complaint was called in. An ex-on 911. Other officers testified with a lie even though they were under oath. The court case victimazied her again trying to make her out to be mentaly off even though she owns and runs her own business. No longer have any respect for the police force. It has evolved into kids hearing parents now harrass her when she goes in her yard. |
