They seem more prone to jamming than the others mentioned. They were designed to feed rifle length cartridges and only recently modified to shoot pistol length cartridges. My thought is why not get a gun that was designed for pistol length cartridges in the first place. The smoothest action would have to be the 73's, that's what I shoot. The strongest would be the 92's or the Marlins. As far as calibers goes the .45 Colt seems to be a favorite. |
